Failed to join any instance

The game randomly disconnects from the server with a message "game server lost contact with the realm" while running maps. Logging in after such disconnection either display a message "failed to join any instances" or in case the game does connect, it removes all the portals to the map no matter how many portals were opened. Also in many cases the same message appear when trying to teleport to hideout.

Had the same issue and switch from Milan to London worked for me.

Same here, and lost my map, all the portals and the scarabs
