Can I change market tabs back to premium?

I upgraded all of my premium tabs to market tabs, not understanding that they would no longer be available for normal storage use. So now I have way too much sales tabs and no place to store anything.. is there any way to change some of them back to premium tabs? It seems like there should be a selectable option on each tab saying whether to reserve it for market use or not
