From Indonesia. ID->SG Spikes, ID-> Japan Stable 80ms, WinMTR logs

Hello, playing from Indonesia.

Getting bad ping spikes when connected to SG which is the closest server (usually 17ms).

Asked chatGPT, somehow when I connect to SG I get rerouted to Europe servers.

Anything I can do on my end? If so, what should I tell my ISP to do?
