Infernal Legion with Law of the Wilds not working properly

I was recently workshopping a build using minion instability with summon spectral wolves from The Law of the Wilds unique claw. Now that I've done some testing it seems that when utilized with infernal legion only about 2 in 10 wolves actually seem to have the infernal legion aura on them and the rest just act as they usually would without taking any damage from the skill gem.

You have trigger wolves on crit from claw and on kill wolves from ring. Only the ones triggered from weapon will be linked with Infernal Legion. The ones from the ring will have to die the normal way or some other gimmicks.
