Market purchase casued account wide loss / Quest resets

Hello,

My partner and I were playing couch co-op last night and decided to try out the trade market and purchased a ring. With this purchase we traveled to the players shoreline hideout and purchased it and post this it has caused nothing but issues.

For context we are currently level 70 and upto vsing Zolin and Zelina.

Immediately after buying the ring we have lost;

- 250,000+ coins
- All our trail of Sekemahs relics, it has also reset our trails to zero even though we have done strength and will. Has relocked relic zones and the 3 relics we haven't lost that are inside the zones are behind locks.
- Reforging bench, salvage bench gone and had to reaquire through doing the quests again.
- Plant the explosives quests became reactive (again).

So far this is everything we have found to have lost, there might more we have lost that we haven't realised yet.

Understand this is a grindy game and still in early access but this is quite diheartening. It is turning what has been a fun experience for my partner and I into a bit of a pain in the ass.

Unsure what can be done but it's a big step backwards.

Hi,

Sounds like this is your first end of league transition. Abyss league has ended (about 5.5 hours ago), and has been migrated to the base PoE 2 Standard league. You and your partner now have a choice to continue playing in Standard, or restarting in the new league starting on Friday with fresh economy and new league mechanic.

I don't know every detail about what is migrated and what is not, but if you were to stick to Standard, you will never have to deal with the transition period again. However, you will miss out on the new league mechanic and potentially different economy in Standard. But you two can make that decision whenever you like if you want to start over every 3-4 months or stay on Standard.

I can't speak for PoE 2, but in PoE 1 Standard, I've seen a lot of very common rares get listed for 10-50x the price in Standard due to limited player base. But then you never have to worry about starting over, so there's a lot of pros and cons.

If you can't find things in Standard, please also use the League Migration button on the character selection screen, it looks like >> and Migrate All.
