I can't get faustus to give me access to my asynchronous trading tabs.

Hi, I have already finished act 6, and when I talk to faustus there is no option to have him join my hideout or use my merchant tabs. I have 5 of them purchased and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any assistance would be very appreciated.
