Network ping cpike constantly since the last patch

Well, at first of course i suspect it was my internet, because most of the times my internet has problem. But since the update, my internet has been just fine, but i keep getting ping spike esp when i map, leaving countless deaths and a lot of exp losses.

Platform: Steam, Macbook M1 Pro

The next time this happens, please run an MTR test.
