The Astronomer's Level-up Effect does not appear, but it causes a very loud sound during the level up, as if the sound settings were reset.

Has this survived a client repair? It could just be a case of the VFX asset being corrupted.

Unfortunately, in that case it is unlikely (though not impossible) a reinstall would fix it. We might be looking at an in-game bug needing a patch to resolve. The next time this happens, could you please find your LatestClient.txt file and post a link to it on Pastebin? You don't need to close the client before doing so - but please don't open the client again, or the file will be wiped.

Yea mine is glitched as well. My Deshrets blessing effect works but not my astronomers one

I just bought the supporter pack and can't find it at all.. it is just not in the cosmetics, not in poe1 nor poe2
