The Covenant/Skills Cost 100% Life + March of Legion/Divine Blessing triples aura life cost

Wearing Covenant w/'Skills also cost 100% of cost as life' and March of Legion with Haste, no other supports, causes the haste to cost over 2000hp while the mana cost is 700ish.

I did a bit of debugging to see what might be causing the issue, or at least what might get the cost down and/or maybe help debug the situation, assuming this is indeed a bug.

Moving forward I'll use my character SrsSpeedGoGoGo for testing as I care less about it and don't mind fiddling with gear/passives.

With Covenant 50% auras supported by Divine Blessing in March of the Legion cost 584 Mana and 1445 Life

Adding Mana Mastery 12% reservation efficiency and/or Sovereignty do not change the cost.

Adding Reservation Mastery 20% life reservation efficiency does not change the cost.

This leads me to think that reservation efficiency no longer effects the base cost when it's supported by Divine Blessing.

Is this intended?
