Shield charge bug - desync(?)/rollback

When I use shield charge (playing necromancer spectre build with trigger wand), I get rollback quite often. When this happens, I notice that the shield charge itself is also slower. Then teleported back. Very annoying. I don't think it's because of the internet.
Does this happen to anyone else?
