Sirus "Bugs" - 2 minor points

First: Sirus doesn't give flask charges anymore when he used to after each of his first 3 phases.

Second: I just fought Sirus and he only dropped a unique, no rares. I've never had this happen. I thought it was a guarantee for at least 1 rare to drop.
