Passive Tree Tooltips not displaying

Passive tree tooltips are misalgined when hovering at certain levels of zoom.

Zoomed in the tooltips display as expected but when zoomed out the tooltips display when moused slightly above and to the left of the icons.

This behaviour is only experienced on the right side of the tree. The further to the right, the greater the misalignment.
