Missing Grafts

I ran a map (defiled cathedral) with a defend Ailith and after successful defense saw the message that my graftblood was full.

I ran another map (defiled cathedral) and did another Ailith defense but got a message that I couldn't collect graftblood because I had no grafts equipped.

I checked my character and no grafts.

As of 0811 EST they were on my character according to the timestamp on my PoB file.

I bought Dying Coal, Stoking Xophgraft for 110C from a Faustus trade on Friday the 28th around 1003 EST and I bought Rotting Thought, Jolting Eshgraft for 2c, also on Friday the 28th, at 1005 EST.

I didn't unequip or discard them in any way so I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me what happened to them.
