Cannot load oriath docks hub or simulacrum. character lost? (keepers)

I recently opened a simulacrum map which was oriath. it crashed (force closed app) a every time so i tried loading into oriath docks hub instead. Turns out my character is now stuck loading into docks when i log in so im unable to play my character. Ive tried almost all of the gateways with no success

Is this recoverable?

Also having this same issue with one of my characters...

Things to note:
I can hear sounds (whispers, and town noises)
I can see my FPS [60, 17 Frame Time]
Other characters [not trapped to Oriath Docks] seem to also be struggling to load into other nodes [Currently trapped to infinite load Lioneye's Watch]

None of my characters are allowed to enter Wraeclast 😭

Edit: More details from the logfile

Some of these are found whilst loading into towns, as if the town 'SCENE' is being swapped to a null/unknown value for some reason.

Maybe try changing to dx12 or dx11 before login in and try to load the area then.

If that doesn't work try verifying the integrity of game files on steam or something.
