Summon Reaper of Eviscerating no special attack when Reapers of Revenants summoned

The title says it all, I can't use Reaper of Eviscerating's special attack with the smaller 3 Reaper of Revenant summoned, it just resummons the Reaper of Eviscerating and no special attack. I thought I'd be able to clear with Revenants while I use Eviscerating for bosses. Please fix!
