Pirate boss fight - Crashing game

Phase with water waves just CTD. After reloading game I have no other option but abandon ship crew and shipment. It is costy and time consuming :( Can u at least make it like PoE2 just turn to point where we crashed? Or keep portal alive?

Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
