Vinderi chest reopen does not give duplicate stacked decks from divination marked chests in heist

It has been like this for many leagues now.

2 stacked decks pop out of a divination chest normally. If you see that the chest has been opened twice by vinderi then you should get 4. When double checking that vinderi has doubled the chests contents you see that you still only have 2 stacked decks.
