Bug Report: Maximum Life Decreasing When Equipping 'The Apostate' (5% Max Life)

I'm writing to report a potential issue regarding the unique item "The Apostate."
I've noticed a significant drop in my character's maximum life when I equip a version of "The Apostate" that has the "5% maximum life" implicit modifier. My maximum life, which is normally around 7300, drops down to the 7000s when the item is equipped. Since the modifier should increase maximum life, this seems like an unintended bug in the life calculation.
