Unable to Load on all existing toons suddenly

As of today I am unable to load any existing character, in league or previous. Login no problem, character selection no problem.. but loading screen gears spin forever across all toons. No error, no timeout, just spins forever, without disk or network activity.
I create a new character and it will load into game. I have verified all files through steam with no improvement. I have changed login servers with no improvement. Last bumped on Nov 22, 2025, 12:51:08 AM

Rename your config file to production_Config.old and let us know whether that helps at all.
