eagon giving the same areas

Eagon keeps giving me the same area over and over. He keeps giving me memory of trauma/ leading to the chambers of impurity. 4 times in row it has led me to the same area, even though i have educated upbringing allocated on my atlas tree. at one point i went 140 maps between seeing him again. i need maven to witness courtyard of wasting and theatre of lies, so i can complete the remembered invitation. i paid for a a carry on remembered at 175%, but didnt click on the mavens altar, so i didnt get the atlas point. i cannot get the atlas point because eagon keeps giving me the same area.

edit: to add screenshots of it happening again. 5 times in a row it has given me the same area. i am unable to get my atlas point, i am unable to get any of the other eagon memory threads to show up. this second time i tried blocking 2 of the encounters.

EDIT 2: was finally able to get the other areas to spawn, im not sure what fixed it, but did those areas on someone else's encounters, and it got it unstuck somehow. i suspect that the bug had something to do with how the encounters were flagged. when completing eagon's quest encounters, it completed after only 2 areas. i helped a friend with one of the the boss in the end of their chain, before i unlocked my quest state with eagon. im guessing for quest completion it was marked complete, but for progression, it was still flagged as incomplete? i dont know, but after completing each of the encounters while helping a friend do them, it got them unstuck somehow.
