Unable to access Trials of Ascendancy on second character.

I played a Hiero to lv100, then created a witch as a secondary character, but once i hit Act 3 and beyond, trying to enter lab through the A3 town plaque or waypoint are both not working. Lab area waypoint is not showing on the world menu, the quest is asking me to complete all trials, same with the plaque. Any insights about this?

" In which league was he originally created? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

According to poe.ninja, "__Nexus__Hiero__" was created on SSF Keepers, so the Act progress likely remained on SSF Keepers. Did you select "Migrate all" when transferring your character from SSF to Trade?
