The issue of using cloud gaming services to play games

I keep having to authenticate with "Cloudflare" for a while even though I'm online all the time and the browser is on, sometimes I get back to the site in a few seconds. When I use it with a real computer there is no problem. Is it related to the fact that I use a virtual computer to play games?
