PS5 perpertual. constant loading screen

Whenever I leave my inventory too quickly or just go to my hideout/enchantment, I get stuck in a loading screen, even though I can hear the audio from where I teleported and can hear myself dashing when I press the button. not sure what to do; any help would be great

P.S., I tried restarting the game, rebuilding database, redownloading the game, and clearing the cache.
