Blight & Whisps freezes & crashes poe

whisps dust effects of purple/yellow/blue while killing monsters just killing framerate and combined with other stuff just kills the pc.

bliight, with lot of monster spawn and towers, for example the freezing one with a lot of beams kills poe aswell.

there should be reduktion of partikels and effects, wrong feedback just to make it "beautiful" is not a good thing, the game waste too much in useless effects but sadly bosses or monster "deadly" skills and ability dont have always a good telegraph. the game is not playeable with certain strategies and scarab combinations. Freeze happens at 100% CPU and 100% GPU. There is a MUST HAVE requirment in more efficient system or reduction of useless effects.
