ITS BEEN SINCE LEAGUE LAUNCH

as per mentioned,this problem had occur ever since the league launch where :

- the loading screen takes wayyy too long

- sudden spike of latency,within this case,i already issued a ticket to my isp and they confirmed theres no issue with my internet connection

- i already troubleshoot my modem,reinstall the client,checked various computer system that could affect the performance,adjust some setting with my gpu

- when press F1,my normal latency in Singapore realm ranging between 25-35ms,but todays alone,multiple crashes with so lagggg,latency spike to 20k before it crash,by the time i writing this,its already my 5th crashes less than an hour

- multiple "failed to connect to instance"

please help,its frustrating
