Party ailments threshold scaling.

The wiki states:

However, one of my friends is convinced that it is harder to freeze mobs when in a party, despite what the wiki says.

I'm planning on playing an Ice Strike Monk, and before I commit to all the ailment/elemental nodes, I'd like to know whether it's actually better to invest elsewhere (Daze/Blind/etc.).

I don't want to plan my build around something that might be incorrect, so I'd appreciate any feedback or clarification on this.

You can commit to freezing, it will work the same.
