Genesis Tree behaving different after patch.

Just spent Graftblood on the same setups that i've been using prepatch.
I have the tree setup for Jewel-crafting blocking both int/dex/str items.
Tree is now just spitting out alot of random gear and alot less jewels.
Is this a bug or some hidden changes?

Also worth mentioning i crafted 66 items with the 33% fracture chance node, 2 items out of those 66 was fractured.
I had the same issue with jewel crafting not working after patch 3.27.0c, so I tried to craft some strictly armor gloves, & got just a handful of them. It seems that the passives for modifier increases & reductions still work properly, but the ones that increase/restrict item types don't anymore.
It feels like the "chance to birth additional item" passives are not respecting the rest of the passives that are allocated.
Bump from a Phrecia 2.0 player. I have "5000% increased chance of jewels" specced. Why haven't I seen a jewel yet?
