Tell me what this "slained enemy effect" is

When you slain enemies, feathers are falling from the sky? Can someone tell me what this mtx is ?

I dont see any finisher effect, might want to post the video with a time stamp.

It doesn't seem like there's a genuine finisher effect here but as soon as he starts killing the regular mobs, you can see that feathers start falling from the sky. I want to know what that feather effect is. When he kills the boss, at the end, there's no finisher effect.

Oh yeah i see what you mean. I searched but couldnt find nothing.
Might be a support gem effect or a MTX from poe1.
Couldnt find anything in poe2 cosmetics.
