So ... seems that i played all this league crashing.

I'm going to disregard the fact that I contacted support to resolve this crash, black screen, and map reset issue.

It seems that "support" doesn't provide support, and after completing 3500 hours of gameplay today, and not forgetting that before this league my game never crashed, I would like to know:

When are you going to fix this problem? The game keeps freezing, the screen goes black while loading, and when it returns to normal, the map area I've already explored resets, as if I hadn't gone all the way.

You released 3 patches in a single month, and you can't fix this crash. And using Vulkan doesn't help, the problem persists. I contacted support twice, and their response is that they can't help at the moment.

wo can help?.

GGG hasn't provided Technical Support for almost a decade - there's nobody at the company who's likely to respond.

Your symptoms sound like it's your graphics driver that's crashing. Can you wait until the next time it happens, then find the game's log file, and give us separate links to that and your system information on Pastebin? The log file should confirm or disprove it being a driver TDR.

GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

thanks for help. how can i send you information???.

They're likely to be too long to fit in a forum post - Pastebin is a free website which allows you to open files and copy & paste them into the website. Once you've saved them there, you can just copy & paste the URL in the address bar into a forum post.

It doesn't have to specifically be Pastebin - that's just a particularly helpful website for this. If you prefer, say, sharing them through Google Drive or something - that's fine. Just please nothing that requires myself & others to log in before accessing them.
