Path of Exile (not responding)

Quite often, the game does not respond in a variety of situations. Sometimes this happens during a large number of mobs on the screen, but more often it happens in cities and at fairly random moments. What can be done? What data should I send for evaluation?

You say the game stops responding - what happens next? Does it resume accepting user input and re-enter a normal state? Does it abruptly close silently? Does it stay like that indefinitely until you choose to close the program?

The game freezes, and other players tell me that I'm exiting the game at that moment, even if I don't click anything.
