Problem with the game

Good evening, I have a problem with the game. I haven't logged in for a while and I can't play anymore because my character crashes. Have you improved the graphics? If so, I'm sorry, but I won't be able to play Po1 anymore, since I also bought PoE2 and I can't play it because my graphics card doesn't support the game. I went back to Po1, but I see that I can't play it anymore either. I'm really sorry because I liked the game, I'm disappointed. Have a good evening.

" If you create a new character, does that also crash - or only one specific character? Have you tried repairing the game client? If repairing the client doesn't help, can you post a link to your log file on Pastebin? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
