Wild Will - Farrul Bloodline Bug

The part " prevents Action Speed being lowered to Base Value" does not work! Please check and Fix. Many things that reduce action speed like Elder in Uber Elder fight are still slowing me down as if I would not have any Action Speed protection!

Same goes for Delirium Debuffs etc. Please fix this ASAP. I took the whole Bloodline only because of this!

Otherwise I will reroll a Trickster again, cant stand all the Actionspeed debuffs in this game! There are way to many

also not working against petrify mod in maps, altho it seems to partially work? i get petrified for like a split second and then it breaks, almost like the spectre aura is pulsing instead of always being on

it does work for me against citadel boss though, so idk whats up with it
