NO GRAFT BLOOD IN PARTY PLAY INTENDED?? URGENT FIX NEEDED

Is it the working as intended that only the party leader receives graft blood from the league mechanic while doing group play??? If so, why??? I can't imagine you intended to force solo play on any player who want to engage the league mechanic. Not sure if this console specific or behaves the same on PC. Many people want to do group play but can't because only 1 person receives any graft blood. Please pin this, upvote this, bump this whatever. Let's get this fixed asap.

I do party play on xbox and we both always get the blood. The only time its weird is the fortress.
