Constant latency spikes

Hello,
I have strange latency spikes, no matter where I am (on a city, during campaign, on hideout alone, ...). The spikes goes from 30-40ms up to 350-400ms.
I have tried playing other online games with the same things open as if I was on poe and they went perfectly.

Have tried to change servers around me, and even to NA and back and it wasn't solved.
