Can Catarina's Bloodline "Death Offering" working on The Queen Hunger's offerings?

①using The Squire with 29% chance to block.
②minion offence mastery with 20% increased effect of offerings ③The Queen Hunger + leash of oblation ④Catarina's Bloodline "Death Offering" = 50% increased effect of offerings why my chance to block attack still = 29+35*1.2=71% am i wrong with anywhere?
