Heist blueprints not dropping fully revealed.

I've farmed well over 100 blueprints with "Casing the Joint" allocated on the tree and not a single one has dropped revealed, despite the stated 10% chance. That would be beyond astronomically unlucky. I think the node is bugged.

Bump, I used this last league and found plenty of blueprints, yet now I have seen zero all league.

its likely just RNG being RNG.

some people will get way more than the average, some will get under if not 0.

I got *one* fully revealed blueprint, i don"t know if i could have it without this node allocated.

Still a very low probabilty, much less than 10%
