Game Freezing - Every 30 mins or so

My game is freezing consistently around every 30 mins to an hour. When the freeze occurs it happens for 10-15 secs. After it is done it goes to a black screen with the loading gear for a couple of seconds before coming back. I'm playing on a 9800x3d and 4070 super on ultrawide. This is the first league this has ever happened to me. I recently played BF6, LOL, and New World with no problems so its specific to the new POE patch.
