Visually disable equipped Grafts Bug

The visual option to disable the graft is bugged, when I use the skill related to the Graft it reappears at my back

I've figured out a similar issue:
When I change the area after visually disabling the graft, it appeares again but the checkbox in the "cosmetics inventory" is still set. |

It's already 2 weeks, still no fix for the visual bug.....
