To add some additional information as I am also experiencing this, I have ALL sounds turned off via config file (I only hear loot filters) so I think its on its own audio channel or it has been put on the layer with Loot Filters

Bump - I wanna buy that pack so following to see what happens with the sounds.

Bought the pack and it seems the "range" is so large , i placed my stash and the trader quite far and he stills constantly slams the door
