cant connect to playstation network

so ive been trying to download new item filters but when i go to sign into my playstaion account through the website its been saying "cant connect to server"

did you connect your poe2 account with sony playstation network (manage account settings) or have you tried to reconnect it?

ye it all works fine outside of trying to connect on my actual ps5.
i even tried changing my password on the website but nothing helped. its all linked, so i can fast travel to other players hideouts on poe trade etc. i just cant sign in on my console. Last edited by furiousgeorge41#9211 on Oct 11, 2025, 7:11:10 PM
