Bug Simulacrum

When trying to trigger a Simulacrum wave, I pressed the portal by mistake and then activated the wave right after. I'm on controller, and I ended up bugged outside the Simulacrum area. However, I still managed to clear the wave and kill both bosses, but it's impossible to loot the items or to continue.[img]
