PS5 console treasure chest bug

Opening a treasure chest in an alien map will result in a short period of time when you cannot pick up any items, and even returning to the city is unavailable. The interaction button x is blocked and hidden, making it impossible to interact. You have to walk a long way and encounter a pickable item again before you can reactivate the interaction button. This problem has continued from the first season to the third season. When will it be fixed?
