Hello there,

The build's purpose is made a character has good damage and good defence together.

You can kill high tier pinnacle bosses (but not 1 shot or 2 shots) and don't die from one shots easily. Which is so important and tricky to be have good defence.

On the other hand, there are good one shot monk builds already out there but my philosophy with that build is being a little hipster and create an off-meta build.

OFFANCE

Damge mechanic of Ice Strike hits supported with Charged Staff's "Blind II Support" and Ice Strike supported with "Blindside Support" which gives 15% more crit chance and also crit damage bonus to blinded enemies. So thare is a good synergy with two skills.

Most important situation is keeping open the Charged Staff, be sure it's open and you are good to go. For bosses try to keep it open the Charged Stuff. (this thoes not mean you have no damage, just %15 off) Otherwise after the first freeze you can have a power charge and use it.

Energy Shield coming from mostly our amulet, Enery Shield Chest Armour and Heart Of The Well Unique Diamond Jewel.

Evasion and Deflection from Boots, Helmet and Gloves. Try to buy highest evasion with deflection chance with your budget.

OTHER MECHANICS

Mana leech is important to mana sustain look for the item for rings of quarterstaff.

Life leech is optional, but if we lose enegy shield at least keep us alive any degen scenerio.

Ghost Dance makes us alive too and we have high evasion.

Wind Dancer is also good for evasion, must have.

Herald of Ice and Tempest Bell for map clear and bosses.

We use Voltaic Mark for bosses to help extra shock and also works crowded/surrounded scenerios casting manually.
