Act 2 – Caverns door cannot be opened

Hello,

I am playing on Steam Deck in controller mode and have encountered an issue in Act 2.
• Quest state: Shadow of the Vaal is active.
• I have completed The Root of the Problem and handed in the Baleful Gems.
• When I go to the sealed door in The Caverns (next to the waypoint), I get the message: “This door cannot be opened at this time.”
• I tried:
• Resetting the instance.
• Logging out and back in.
• Switching between controller and mouse/keyboard input.
• Talking to Eramir again.
• The problem persists — the door does not open.
