FPS Issues

Currently level 96 doing juiced maps and I sometimes drop to single digit frames. There is no setting to somewhat fix this. Mapping regularly I get around 30 fps. This is almost unplayable in my opinion. I love this game but I also want to love the experience. Is there anyway we can get some console performance love?
