No Compensation for dealing with support for 3 months

Literally waited for 3 months to get help, and not even any type of compensation offered for dealing with such issues with customer support. Still the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

And when I ask about compensation because my friend who told me he was having issues with support for a month was given 300 coins as compensation by them I figured I'd ask and I'm told it's unfair to other players?

Well then how the hell is it fair for him to receive it, but not me? I literally waited 3 times the amount of time for a response, while the staff admitted on the forums that they were indeed short on staff during the first launch of the game? That sounds like an unfair situation to me if one guy dealing with support gets given something and not the other guy dealing with the same issue, but for longer?

Come on support, get your shit together. Like I mentioned before the only helpful member I was able to get in contact with through support was a person named Nichelle.

In my view when it comes to any type of offered compensation it is done on specifically a case by case basis. Additionally, I myself would not have the expectation that I am "owed" anything simply because someone else got something. I am not entitled anything for waiting on support, they have mentioned over the months that there has been a ton of tickets, other infrastructural and logistical issues translate into longer waiting times.

It is what it is kinda thing.

Then why give anyone compensation in that case? I waited three times the amount of time as he did for my issue to be resolved and he gets compensated but not I?

Then the support team has the nerve to tell me that they can't give me compensation as it would be unfair to other players? LOL, like what!? You just gave a friend of mine compensation!? How is that fair to me and everyone else you're about to deny compensation for dealing with such a horrible support team for 3 months!?

To say I'm frustrated with how long I had to deal with it and then be told I can't get compensated for my issues when he got compensated for his that was less time consuming/frustrating than mine would be taking it light lol, I waited from December to February for help with my purchases and basically got told to shut up about it. That ain't going to happen let me tell you. I'll put twice the time and effort into giving a bad review and letting everyone know what I think about it, friggin bullshit.

Like I said, case by case basis would be what I can think of. Additionally, how do you know for certain your friend received compensation? Did he show you an email or a receipt that has proof of this? If so, did you take that proof and send it in response to this message from them saying it's unfair?
