Issue:
Encountered an Infamous Kineticist, chose to hire merc to replace my existing Flaming Charlatan. Defeated Kineticist, no merc in sight. Went back to town. Flaming Char no longer there, Kineticist no where in sight. Kindly advise, thank you.
