It's because of the way they added div cards after the league already started. Something is taking the alphabetical slot of Runic Luck so there is no room for Runic Luck.

I believe it is Sambodhi's Vow, but you may try taking out a few div cards before and after "Runic Luck" alphabetically, then reinsert all cards including Runic Luck.
