Frozen Mandibles - Stop Their AoE Spamming in Town/Hideout

I really like Frozen Mandibles as a companion, but strongly urge GGG to make them stop spamming their ice explosions while in town/hideout. This should be done across the board for all companions.

Should be a simple adjustment for GGG.
