Kamasa’s Hammer did not drop in Molten Vault (PoE2)

Hello GGG Support Team,

I would like to report a bug I encountered in Path of Exile 2.

Description of the issue:
After defeating Mektul/Goldcrush in the Molten Vault, the quest "Find Kamasa’s Hammer" did not progress. The boss dropped other items normally, but Kamasa’s Hammer did not appear. I tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Cleared and re-ran the Molten Vault multiple times (new instances).
Checked Quest Item tab, inventory, and stash.
Restarted the game and re-logged.
I still cannot make any progress from now on quest pls do something

Yeah same here i killed the boss 4 times logging in and out and it still does not drop

The thread was started in December 2024 at the beginning of Early Access and has been regularly updated since. It was "Last edited by Arthur_GGG#0000 on Sep 12, 2025, 1:14:01 PM"

im also having problems tried the methods, still getting no quest item.

ggg fix this pronblem same isue like me no quest item

Can confirm, no hammer drop. Quest is stuck.

Same thing for me. I run the map three times and he drops no hammer.

The same, there is no the hammer.
